Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We Love our Products and we make it by heart and precisely why we offer a No Question Asked Return with 100% Refund on all the Products You Buy from patrorna.com.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since we deliver the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the inner original packaging with Original Tags Intact.

We do not accept Returns once it is used and/or washed. However, you are free to check it on you and we really do not look if folds are correct etc. the only condition please do not remove the tags while wearing for checking.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is your order number from Patrorna.com


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and same will also be available in your Account Page. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with the reason and video of unpackaging process.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders you have the choice of taking refund in your Paytm Wallet or into your Bank Account. 

Please note it may take upto 4 -5 days for refund amount to reflect in your account.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or original mode of payment again.
Then contact your credit card or bank with the acknowledgement number shared by us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Normally once we make the refund payment it takes only few hours however sometimes it may take up to 5 days. But be sure your money is safe and will only go to the intended account.


Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are also eligible for refunds in the same way as a regular priced one.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You can exchange or replace the items if it is defective or damaged or in case of Standard Items if Size mismatch. You can create an Exchange request and replace the item with any other item available in the store.


Coupons / Gift Certificate

If the item was purchased by any Coupon Code or Discount Coupon the amount refunded will be only the amount paid exclusive of Discount Code or Coupon. For e.g., If you have purchased an item Costing 1000 with a Coupon of 500 and paid 500 in Cash only 500 will be refunded to you.

If for e.g., you have purchased an item with a Coupon of 1000 and paid 0 in this case no refund will be given.

If the item is marked as Gift and shipping address is different refund will be processed and paid to the buyer and not the receiver of the gift.


Shipping

If you are based out of India, your return will be picked by our courier you only need to keep this ready in original inner packaging with tag intact.

If your shipping address is in any other country, you need to send it back to our US /UK or India address.

For all the shipping addresses outside India You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

For all Customize Orders Shipping costs to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item except where we have picked up the product and in that it is all on us and in case of missing returns also refund will be paid in full.
